This was recommended to me from my wound care office. I had surgery due to breast cancer- double mastectomy with DIEP reconstruction. My latest reconstructive surgery caused my infections and wounds. I ended up in wound care with a wound vac on both breasts. I needed to wear a compression bra, but was unable due to the wounds. They were in a nipple area- I no longer have nipples, but the wounds opened at the incision area in that space. The solution- this bra! It worked very well for my wound vac and held my breasts together.
I know thats not the typical use for this bra, but wanted to let anyone that may be looking, that this will work in situations like mine!

Absolutely perfect if youre nursing and pumping throughout the day/night. Comfortable and so easy to latch/unlatch. For pumping, Ive used it easily with Spectra pump and hands-free pumps. After buying my first, I ended up buying 3 more to rotate throughout the week.
