My wife and I had our second baby 2 weeks ago. She started pumping with her m5 pumps immediately after the baby was born. Unfortunately one of the pumps started not working after a few days. I'm writing this review to tell everyone how incredible momcozy customer support is! After a few emails back amd forth, momcozy gave us some pointers on possible fixes. After they didn't work momcozy sent us 2 brand new pumps at no cost to us! The customer service is amazing and we couldn't be happier! Every product from every company has issues sometimes, but not all companies stand behind thier products like this. Thank you so much momcozy!

Got my S5 yesterday and was so excited to use it. I've only used it twice but so far I'm loving it and think it's actually giving me greater output than my Unimom Opera, which is a FANTASTIC double electric pump, similar to spectra.

I got this as an easier way to pump more frequently during the day to help increase my supply. Pumping more frequently when it requires me to sit at a table while trying to take care of my almost 2 month old was near impossible. Still playing around with the settings but I love that there's a mixed mode of massage and expression to help keep milk flowing.

My only complaint is its difficult for me to see when milk stops flowing while the unit is inside my bra, so I don't necessarily know when it's done. First time I left it on for 15 minutes (normally only need to pump for 10). Second time I did 20 minutes. I felt a change in suction in the last few minutes the second time I pumped and read another review saying it auto adjusts suction when breast is near empty which i think is really cool! I will be returning to work in 2.5 months and excited to take these babies with me!

I would have given a 5 star, however I was a little disappointed to find that the pump did not come with the 2 momcozy bags, and 27mm flanges, or a brush to clean. I watched unboxings of the momcozy m5 and was looking forward to all the accessories but I guess at some point they decided to cut back on all that. I had to order the 27mm flange separate because I wasnt expecting this not to have it! I always need the biggest size. Overall the pump is amazing and suction is great, was just very disappointed in the lack of accessories it came with now then it had before.
